Define
It all starts by defining the problem, the objective, the audience. I need to get really clear on what I'm solving and who I'm solving it for. Everything else builds from here.
Empathize
This is where I slow down and listen. I want to understand what people are actually experiencing, not what I think they're experiencing. Their frustrations, their workarounds, the stuff they don't even realize they're doing. That's where the gold is.Ideate
Now I let my brain run. I'm not filtering, I'm not judging, I'm just getting ideas out. Some will be terrible, and that's the point. The best solutions usually come from the messiest brainstorms.Strategize
This is where creative conceptualization meets reality. I look at what I've got, figure out what's worth pursuing, and start connecting the pieces into a plan that actually makes sense. Big picture thinking with enough detail to take action.Improvize
Plans are great, but things always shift. I stay open, roll with what comes up, and trust that sometimes the detours lead somewhere better than the original route.Implement
This is where it all comes together. verything is shifting into place, I’m tightening up the details, and making sure the final product lives up to the thinking behind it. It's about crossing the finish line with something I'm proud to put out into the world.
